OC Kernel for Alcatel OT-993/993D

Features:

  1. Overclocked CPU to max freq 1.26 GHz
  2. Add BFQ v5r1 I/O Sheduler
  3. Add CPU governor SmartasV2
  4. Default startup max freq 1 GHz

    This is not working on my ot 993d! Why? My device is already rooted ands it has CWM v6!
